Oil Temp Problem

Jimmy Gist here, I have a 24W-46 that I finally got back in the air from a right
wing rebuild.

Mine gets up into the red after about an hour in cooler OAT temps...haven't really
run it yet in the summer.  I know with new lubes (I am using Phillips 25-60) we have
better properties, but just wondering what others experiences are.
